Returns

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receive in the following cases:

  • If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the purchase confirmation, we will exchange it, and deliver a new item to you (within 7 working days) with free of charge.
    • Customer has to return the item to us by post (please see how to return). We will pay back the postal fee by voucher code value at THB 100 via email as soon as we receive and check the item. Therefore, customer can use this code for discount in next purchase.
    • We will exchange the faulty item within 7 working days after received an item with free of charge. We reserve the right to inspect the items before acceptance.
  • In case of return or cancel an order (Under the company’s policy), the items must be in the ready-to-sell condition. (Ready-to-sell condition means the condition of the items has not changed or damaged. Price tags, OCPB tags, and brand tags has to remain in the package of that items in the same condition that company delivers to the customers)
  • In case of customers would like to exchange the items such as changing color, the items must be unchanged or undamaged. Price tags, OCPB tags, and brand tags have to remain in the package of those items in the same condition that company delivers to the customers.
    • In case of exchange the size or color, there is no additional charge.
    • Alternatively, you may exchange for any item of the same value. We are not liable to refund difference in prices if you choose to exchange to an item with lower value than original item. However, if you decide exchange for an item with higher value, it remains your responsibility to pay for the difference in prices.
    • If the exchange item is out of stock, we will process your refund by cash voucher code as value as customer purchased. Please notice that we will send the code via email once we received and checked the item. It will be taken about 7 working days.
  • In case of returning/exchanging, customer has to send back to company by postal only. Customer can reuse our box by reversing to another side (please see how to reverse and return to us). After received and checked, we will send the cash voucher code as value as customer purchased via email. Customer can use the code for next purchase without expiration.
    • Sending exchange items by post
      • Send the exchange item with the receipt in original packaging (if possible), also filling the returning form by post. All exchange items will be inspected and we will contact you within 5 working days of receiving.
      • If we do not find the defect or damage on the item as per your statement, the item will be returned to sender.
      • It usually takes 7-10 working days for an exchange item to be delivered to you by post.
      • We are not responsible for postage fee incurred from exchange goods. Customer has to pay the postal fee and the difference in price, if any, after we send the invoice via email within 7 days. Please note that we will send the new one to customer after received the payment of additional.
  • Company reserves the right to refuse all return and exchange items which were bought in sale period.
  • Company reserves the right to accept the exchange items bought from E-store only.
  • Cash voucher can be used only E-store
Return Conditions before packing and delivery
  1. Pay by credit card, Paysbuy and Paypal
    • If you make a cancellation before packing, our company will refund the amount into your credit card account within the next working day.
  2. Pay by other payment methods
    • For the purchases under 3,000 baht, our company will transfer the amount into your account within 3 working days of checking and confirming the return.
    • For the purchases over 3,000 baht, our company will transfer the amount into your savings account within 5 working days of checking and confirming the return.
